BOOKING
1. Fill out the form and receive your transfer or chauffeur service quote by email within 24 hours.
2. Once the quote is accepted, you can proceed with payment via a secure payment link or bank transfer. Your final invoice will be sent to you.
3. You will receive an email no later than 6 hours before your pick-up, including your chauffeur and vehicle details.
4. Meet your chauffeur in the vehicle and enjoy your stay!
You can book your transfer or availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to 1 year in advance.
Our driver’s schedule is automatically blocked especially for your trip at the time of booking.
No extra charges apply for baby seats, traffic, luggage, or tolls. You pay the rate indicated at the time of booking.
All our payments are SSL secured by Up2Pay.
Yes, of course, cancellation is possible with a notice period of :
– Between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the Service: 10% charged.
– Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the Service: 50% charged.
– Less than 24 hours or No Show: 100% charged
All invoices are sent by email after your payment has been validated, with all the information relating to your transfer. We therefore advise you to check the accuracy of your contact details.
STANDBY SERVICE/HOURLY SERVICE
The minimum charge for an hourly service is 3 hours.
20 km per hour are included in the price.
