FAQ
1. Fill in the form and receive the cost of your transfer or provision and pay online on the stripe platform.
2. Receive a summary of your order by e-mail. As soon as your order has been validated by our team (within 12 hours), you will receive confirmation with your invoice and your login details, with the option of modifying or cancelling your order in the event of any changes.
3. Six hours before, you will receive an SMS with your driver’s contact details.
4. Meet our driver in the vehicle and enjoy your stay !
Our driver’s schedule is automatically blocked especially for your trip at the time of booking.
Rates are subject to traffic conditions. No extra charge for baby seats, luggage or tolls. You pay the rate indicated at the time of booking.
You can book your transfer or availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to 1 year in advance. All our payments are secured by the Stripe platform.
Yes, of course, cancellation is possible with a notice period of :
– Between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the Service: 10% charged.
– Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the Service: 50% charged.
– Less than 24 hours or No Show: 100% charged
Using your flight number, our driver will track the delay to adapt and pick you up at the arrival terminal. Our price includes 1 hour’s free waiting time on landing (15 minutes for other routes).
All invoices are sent by email after your payment has been validated, with all the information relating to your transfer. We therefore advise you to check the accuracy of your contact details.
20 km per hour are included in the price.
